Westy’s Great British Menu Masterclass – Saturday 22nd June & Saturday 29th June

After being awarded National Chef of Wales 2018 and competing in BBC 2’s Great British Menu, Thomas Westerland; informally known as Westy and the current head chef of The Brasserie, is excited to announce that he will be hosting an exciting cooking masterclass at Lucknam Park!

With this exciting day beginning at 8:30am and finishing at 4:00pm; get ready to learn Westy’s tricks and tips for creating mouth-watering food. The course will include arrival tea and coffee, pastries, lunch at Lucknam Park, a recipe folder, ingredients for the day, a cooking school bag and use of an apron.
