We provide a complimentary concierge service to find the right hotel for you. You can either contact us online or over the telephone and we will recommend hotels to suit your preferences. We will also check availability, find you the best prices and book your stay.
DO I GET DISCOUNT IF I BOOK THROUGH CRISP WHITE SHEETS?

DO YOU CHARGE A BOOKING FEE?
At present, we do not charge a booking fee.
HOW DO I FIND THE RIGHT HOTEL?
You can either find the right hotel by browsing our website using the search menu or by calling us. Simply tell us what you are looking for, and we will do the rest.
WILL I RECEIVE A BOOKING CONFIRMATION?
You will receive a booking confirmation either directly from the hotel or Crisp White Sheets.
IF I REGISTER, WHAT WILL I RECEIVE?
When you sign up to Crisp White Sheets you will receive regular emails about latest offers, the newest additions to our collection, and our monthly competitions.
HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM EMAILS?
At the bottom of every email you will find an unsubscribe button, simply click on the link. Alternatively, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone us on 01539 888025.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
Most hotels do not have a dress code but you might want to check with the hotel before you stay.
DO I HAVE TO DINE AT THE HOTEL?
Our hotels generally don’t insist that you dine in their restaurant, although they would all love to showcase their food and service to all guests.
SHOULD I TIP AT THE HOTELS?
Tips are at the discretion of the guests, but in most UK hotels you are not obliged to tip.
CAN I TAKE MY PET TO THE HOTEL?

ARE CHILDREN WELCOME AT YOUR HOTELS?

DO HOTELS CATER FOR SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?
All of the hotels featured on our site will cater for dietary requirements.
CAN I REQUEST FLOWERS, CHOCOLATES OR CHAMPAGNE IN THE ROOM?
We can arrange any of the above requests with the hotel. There is usually an additional cost unless it is already included in the package price.
HOW DO I BOOK A MEETING?
Visit our Corporate Event Venues page to see which hotels are available for meetings and team building events. We can arrange these on your behalf.
WILL THERE BE CAR PARKING AT THE HOTEL?
On all of our individual hotel pages we have included a list of facilities so that you can check if parking is available.
WHERE CAN I FIND THINGS TO DO AT THE HOTEL OR NEARBY?
On each of our hotel pages you will find en event’s tab. This lists events within a 30 mile radius of the hotel.
HOW DO I CANCEL A BOOKING?
Either contact the hotel directly or contact Crisp White Sheets and we will cancel it on your behalf.
HOW TO WRITE A HOTEL REVIEW?
Go to the ‘Review’ tab on the hotel page and simply fill in the online form.
