What a fantastic start to 2015 for The Devonshire Arms in Skipton as it was awarded 4AA Rosettes for its Burlington Restaurant. Head Chef Adam Smith, a former Roux scholar who joined the hotel in 2013, has earned himself an enviable reputation.
Using incredible culinary alchemy to create innovative and inspiring dishes, he never fails to impress guests. Owing to his talents, The Devonshire Arms was the only hotel to be awarded the 4AA Rosettes in January of this year.
Unsurprisingly, Adam has continued to wow a number of people, as well as the staff at the hotel, including Michael Roux OBE, The Duke of Devonshire and Brian Turner CBE.
