With an impressive background at establishments such as Terence Conran’s Bluebird in London and Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen Cornwall, Neil Haydock, the Executive Chef of Fifteen Cornwall shares his passion for food, creating inventive dishes using a fusion of the Cornwall’s finest local produce and around the world inspiration.

The room, food, staff and facilities at the hotel were all fantastic. We had a really relaxing time. The highlight was probably yesterday’s surf lesson! It’s our wedding anniversary this week, so it was a real pleasure to get away for a couple of days for an early celebration.
