Breakfast and afternoon tea are served in the stunning new conservatory, which overlooks the kitchen gardens. If you fancy a change of scenery, you can dine at the main Gilpin Hotel and enjoy the Michelin starred Hrishi, or the laid back Gilpin Spice.
There is a swimming pool complex with sauna, changing facilities and outdoor cedarwood hot tub. This is a fabulous area to relax and unwind with views over the private lake. If the weather is fine and you fancy a dip, you could even take a swim in the lake. The lake also has perfectly restored rowing boats for your pleasure.
