Rooms

The Gertie Suite faces east and has magnificent views down the Lyth Valley, reaching as far as the Morecambe Bay coast on a clear day; watching the sun rise through this misty valley is a perfect start to the day.

This simply stunning suite creates a comforting, ‘back-to-nature’ ambience, crafted with natural materials and delightfully large, full length windows to overlook the Knipe Tarn and surrounding woodland.

One of the larger, romantic suites with views down the Lyth Valley to the east, and south over Knipe Tarn. Being on the first floor, the views extend beyond the woodland surrounding the lake, all across the Lake House grounds. Decorated with a warm, romantic colour scheme for that perfect break away with your loved, perfected with a fabulous feature fireplace, . Please note the bathroom does not have a bath.

Has two large velux windows looking over the lake, as well as a large window to the west over the surrounding woodland. This suite also has an adjoining bedroom, ideal for one or two children, or as an office if you really do need to bring work with you. The suite is part of the main building, but has the advantage of its own entrance and staircase.

Smaller than the other Lake House Suites it may be, but Ethel commands one of the most delightful views over the lake. Situated at the end of the ground floor corridor, this suite has easy access and is tucked away in it’s own corner of the house.

Facing west with views of the beautiful surrounding woodland, Adgie exhibits a delicate elegance with a soft colour scheme and naturally-lit spaces. If you’re searching for exquisite, boutique furnishings – Adgie is the perfect suite for you. Please note Adgie does not have a bath.
