Now a Grade I listed property, The Francis Hotel’s rich history delves back to the early 1700’s; transforming a series of Renaissance-inspired townhouses into a spectacular boarding house before being involved in the devastating destruction caused during the 1942 Bath Blitz.

Marvel at their ambitious variety of luxurious rooms and suites, boasting 98 in total. Thoughtful touches across each of these chic spaces include flat-screen TV’s, Egyptian cotton linens for a sumptuous nights’ sleep, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries from the eco-friendly 100 Acres and spectacular views over Queen Square.

Renowned for their favourites aqua colours, Bath’s beloved healing minerals can be seen throughout this quintessentially-English city; and particularly throughout The Francis Hotel. The beautiful blue tint of Roman and Georgian glassware can be seen decorated across the walls, and is definitely something to keep an eye out for.
