We had a very enjoyable 1 night stay at the Black Swan, Helmsley with the six course tasting menu for dinner. The bedroom (a feature room) successfully combined character and comfort , located at the front of the hotel it also provided a great view of Helmsley Town Square. Helmsley itself is full of character and we enjoyed a very nice stroll around the town and visit to the castle,

Our sleep and dine experience at The Black Swan in Helmsley was faultless. The food was incredible and every dish beautifully presented. The staff were warm, friendly and knowledgeable. The décor of the 4 star boutique hotel is not only in keeping but also modern, stylish and cosy. We’ll look forward to our next dining experience from Chef Alan and the team.
