The long awaited news has finally been announced: there will be a Northcote Cookery School in the North West opening in April of 2014.
The Lancashire based hotel has always upheld an esteemed reputation for its famous restaurant, which has won many awards since it opened. The notable Nigel Haworth became Head Chef at the Northcote in 1984 and was awarded a Michelin Star in 1996, which he still holds today. He gained his celebrity status in 2009 when he won the Great British Menu, which was aired on BBC 2.
