Flagstone floors, exposed beams and panelled walls sit alongside contemporary furniture and colour schemes. Plush, luxurious and completely relaxed, this is an idyllic rural retreat.
Curl up and relax in the charming and luxurious bedrooms, which range from romantic rooms and spacious suites in the original farmhouse building to an intimate private cottage set within the grounds of the estate. Each room has its own Nespresso coffee machine, delicious homemade biscuits and even a tablet in place of the usual guest guide, which you can use to learn about the local area, check out the day’s menus and even order room service. The Garden Room
Drenched with natural light that flows in through the floor to ceiling window, The Garden Room overlooks the terrace and gardens, with the Cotswold countryside creating the perfect backdrop. The Potting Shed
An idyllic country style pub with an informal vibe, where you can dress up or dress down, enjoy hearty food or just relax with a cocktail. The style is rustic chic with an oak and leather bar, exposed Cotswold stone walls, beams, wood flooring and antique style furnishing. Settle down with traditional English pub food, which includes hearty pies, Dormy ham and eggs, burgers, slow cooked local pork belly, sandwiches and salads, as well as platters to share. There is a good selection of draught beers and ciders, including local Real Ale, plus a range of cocktails and wines.
The Wine List
The wine list has been carefully selected to suit a range of tastes and budgets, with the emphasis placed on using family run vineyards whose particular specialities and ethos are explained within the menu. Both new and old world wines are included.
Afternoon Tea
Afternoon tea is such a popular pastime at Dormy House hotel that there are 3 menus for you to enjoy. Fruit from the Vale of Evesham goes into the jam and the scones are freshly made on site. Linger over the menu of your choice in the rustic Potting Shed, a cosy lounge or in the privacy of your own bedroom.
Enjoying a glamorous setting, the Spa boasts a 16 metre infinity pool, a state of the art gym and a range of indulgent treatments, including the Champagne Nail Parlour. Overlooking the picturesque countryside, the Spa blends Scandinavian design with traditional Cotswold stone to create a chic contemporary look.
Children are made very welcome at Dormy House hotel and are presented with their own goody bag and a Dormy House Passport on arrival, ready for exploration of the scenic Farncombe Estate. Located in the original Farmhouse wing, these rooms are ideal for couples or solo guests. Muted tones create a lovely warm ambience in some while others feature cool blues, with exposed beams. There are views of the landscaped gardens from these first floor rooms which offer comfort and intimacy.
As the name suggests, these are extremely comfortable rooms set in both the Farmhouse Wing and the Emily Wing with views of the gardens or the courtyard. There is a more contemporary feel to these rooms which are styled with variations of textures and colour tones. Patio doors open out onto a lovely terrace area with your own seating area for enjoying the views.
Boasting considerable space with views over either the gardens or countryside, these rooms live up to their title. Located in the main Farmhouse and the Emily Wing, they offer maximum comfort and are all individually styled. Some are timelessly elegant with antique style furniture and soft gentle colour schemes and some are slightly more contemporary with flashes of colour, modern edgy furniture and funky geometric wallpaper. Original features such as exposed beams and high ceilings can be seen throughout, as can large sash windows offering lovely views. The bathrooms are chic and modern, and the ground floor rooms open out to the gardens beyond.
The finest of all the bedrooms at Dormy House hotel, these are especially spacious and feature a separate seating area. The bathrooms are elegant and include a separate power shower and bath. Some rooms have a private terrace with lovely views over the gardens or the surrounding countryside, and some boast a luxurious four poster bed. The exposed roof trusses are particularly striking and are complemented perfectly by chandeliers and ornate accessories. The furniture is chic and sumptuous, creating a distinct sense of sophistication.
One of the largest suites at Dormy House; The Studio is has a modern Scandinavian design with a natural colour palette and stylish furnishings. Boasting it’s very own lounge, en-suite bathroom and King-sized bed sleeping two adults; this unique bedroom is also equip with a curated vinyl collection, turn table and state-of-the-art sound system – allowing you to sit back and enjoy an array of classic albums.

One of the most sumptuous and spectacular suites at Dormy House Hotel is The Attic, which enjoys an intimate position at the very top of the house, reached by a private staircase.
